January 20, 2025: On January 18, 2025, a protest by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign in London condemned the injustices faced by Palestinians. The police imposed strict restrictions, blocking access to the BBC headquarters, seemingly to provoke confrontation and label the protests as violent and 'anti-Semitic.' Mohamad Al-Mail, the Chancellor of the Upper Hand Organization, witnessed leaders such as Jeremy Corbyn and Ben Jamal advocating for peaceful actions, including laying flowers for children killed in Gaza. However, the police cordoned off demonstrators an hour before the protest concluded, resulting in random arrests under Section 14 of the Public Order Act. A legal observer from the Upper Hand Organization reported that Youssef was released from Bromley Police Station within 24 hours but faced a three-month ban on attending Palestine-related protests. Ahmed Mustafa, along with another individual, claimed he was severely beaten during his arrest, necessitating hospitalization, and submitted medical reports to support his claims. The investigation by the Organization is still in progress, and it is providing support to those who require assistance. Photo.

January 19, 2025: Mohamad Al-Mail questions Dr. Ghada Karmi about the idea of a single democratic state for Palestine, wondering if it truly reflects the choices and desires of the Palestinian people themselves, especially since some may prefer an Islamic state. Video

January 17, 2025: The Upper Hand Organization issued a statement in Arabic, briefly noting that as the agreement for a ceasefire in Gaza approaches, it serves as a testament to the indomitable spirit of those who have faced Israeli brutality, underscoring the resilience of Palestinian resistance. Israel's failure to achieve its strategic objectives after a prolonged period of aggression is clear, as it has agreed to withdraw from Gaza and release more Palestinian prisoners, revealing its shortcomings. While some hostages will be returned, many have tragically lost their lives, further emphasizing this failure. Although the ceasefire is a crucial step toward alleviating ongoing suffering, it does not ensure a lasting resolution, and Israel lacks a viable strategy to prevail in the conflict in Gaza. The calls for liberation from Gaza have resonated globally, prompting the Upper Hand Organization to emphasize the importance of maintaining the momentum and mobilization of the pro-Palestine and anti-Zionist movement that has developed over the past year across various countries.

January 2, 2025: The Upper Hand Organization expresses its strong condemnation of the rapid extradition of Salman Al-Khalidi to Kuwait. This swift action, taken without allowing him a reasonable period for defense or legal recourse, raises serious concerns about potential collusion and reflects poorly on Iraq's political and legal competence. The Organization has known Al-Khalidi since his arrival in the UK, where he sought to join the Organization but was cautioned by their Chancellor, Mohamad Al-Mail, about his reckless behavior. Despite repeated warnings regarding the consequences of his actions, Al-Khalidi did not heed the advice. While Al-Mail does not personally sympathize with Al-Khalidi, he lamented the Iraqi government's actions. Video, Photo 1, Photo 2, Photo 3, Photo 4.
